Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy

In short:
Always, and I mean always, contact us first. Mention your order number, what is wrong with it, and if possible, send photos. We understand that it’s no use to take a photo of missing items, but if there is damage, or a manufacturing issue, it does help us understand the problem and will make it easier to get to a proper solution.

We are typically able to answer in a few days, and in most cases we’ll be able to get to a proper solution within a few replies.

Once returned items have arrived back with us, we’ll refund within 2 workdays. Depending on the payment method you recieve your money back between 1 an 10 workdays (paypal is the fastest way). Or, if you wanted to exchange something, we’ll ship out the replacement item within our regular processing time (1-4 workdays, unless otherwise mentioned in the store notice)

Any problems you have must be proven before we take action. Either by photo or track and trace information etc. Without proof, we are not responsible for a solution.


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We will, ofcourse, be considerate of shipping times. If your order has not been delivered to you withing the 30 days, you will be given a grace period of 7 days after you have received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase (or 7 days after delivery)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged for a different item or store credit.

Non-delivered shipments

Orders with track and trace that are not delivered are eligible for refunds, that, or you can have the items shipped again if they are still available.

Unfortunately we cannot promise refunds etc for orders that are shipped without track and trace. These are not insured by our shipping companies, nor can we check whether they were delivered or not.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info(@) and send your item to: gronausestraat 239, 7581CT, Losser.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: gronausestraat 239, 7581CT, Losser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that PayPal does reimburse your return shipping costs if needed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. And likewise, the time before your returned item reaches us will vary too.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail.
